Woodstock '69 is a beach pavilion on the beach of Bloemendaal aan Zee, founded more than 30 years ago by three friends from Zandvoort who wanted a place where everybody feels at home. What started with two containers, a beer tap and a leaky football grew into a beloved spot with tipis, parties under the stars and a proper kitchen, run by the Woodstock Foundation for Sports, Games and the distribution of Love. The no-nonsense mentality is still intact, with a playground, jams on the terrace and a worldwide reputation.
