Houtrijk is situated in a unique location, on the border between nature and industry, atop a 40-meter-high mountain. It is a place where past and future meet. Built entirely with recycled materials, we aim to spark a discussion about the future here. Our conviction that change is necessary has driven us to create this special place. Here, we reflect on the future: will we change ourselves, will we be forced to do so, and will the landscape we see now perhaps one day become a sea?
