Houtbaar is a bar, city garden and event location on the edge of the Waarderpolder in Haarlem, at the Oostpoort that has grown into a creative hotspot. It is a place to hang out, sunbathe, relax, dance and party, with the monthly Studio Houtbaar DJ and live music sessions on Friday evenings in the disco, house and techno genres. The whole site can be hired for celebrations, mini festivals, book presentations, company events, exhibitions and workshops, and is a 30-second walk from station Haarlem Spaarnwoude.
